This is what happens when you hit the throttle too hard on the start of a rally stage.

Twisty Roads Rally Group's incomprehensibly quick Mitsubishi 3000GT VR4 Production-GT Performance_Rally car.  I snapped this picture of myself doing some test-driving (sort of) shortly after we acquired "GADS!zilla"...  before I'd become fully familiar with it.
